This offering is for the birthing person who desires to feel deeply supported, emotionally grounded, and physically empowered during labor and birth.
Includes:
- Two prenatal visits (90 min) to prepare for labor, explore intentions, and build trust
- Unlimited text, email & phone support throughout pregnancy
- On-call support from 37 weeks onward
- In-person continuous support during labor & birth
- Physical and emotional comfort techniques (including yoga-informed movement and Spinning Babies® tools)
- Support for early bonding and feeding
- One postpartum home visit to debrief your birth and support your healing
